- The associate will provide an indicative price range (we usually pay 75% to 85% of the open market value) and a monthly market rental price range (all figures are supplied by an independent RICS Chartered Surveyor) - if you wish to choose the rent back facility
- The associate will arrange to meet at your home to discuss the transaction in more detail and to go over the process at your leisure and to answer all your questions
- If you wish to go ahead, an Independent Chartered Surveyor will be instructed to survey the property and provide a formal valuation. The cost is met by ExpressHouseSale™
- You have the option of the associate calling or meeting at your home to provide the firm figures to buy your property and the monthly rental figure if you wish to choose the rent back facility
- If you wish to go ahead, you have the option of instructing your own lawyer or we can refer one to you. If choosing your own lawyer then legal costs will be covered by ExpressHouseSale™ up to a pre-determined value
- Our lawyer will make a formal offer to your chosen legal representative for acceptance and the standard conveyancing process begins
- On signing the agreement and payment of monies to your solicitor the title deeds of the property are transferred to the purchaser
You then have the option of paying off your mortgage and any loans as well as releasing cash for any purpose!
